This cancellation policy explains how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through the Platform. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, if the orders have been conveyed to such sellers/trader listed on the Platform and they have started the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery, the cancellation request may not be considered. In such a case, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep. Does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as wrong flowers, food items, etc. However, refund/replacement may be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the Site or as per your expectations, you should bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The customer service team will take the appropriate decision after looking into your complaint. In case of complaints regarding products that come with warranty from the manufacturers, please escalate the issue to our email. In case of any refund approved by the customer service team, it will take 7 days to process your refund.
